Personal Belongings: All personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Dylan Ryan Cars accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle while it is in our care.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure: Clients are responsible for informing Dylan Ryan Cars of any known defects, pre-existing damage, resprays, mechanical issues, or areas of concern prior to the service. Disclosure of the vehicle’s history allows us to assess risk properly and provide the most appropriate and safe treatment. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed defects or pre-existing conditions.

Additional Work: In some cases, once the initial wash or inspection has been completed, additional work may be required to achieve the desired standard or to safely complete the service. If this occurs, Dylan Ryan Cars will contact you to discuss the recommended work and any additional cost before proceeding.

Deposit: A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, prior to the vehicle being returned to the customer.

Excessive Pet Hair: An additional charge may apply for the removal of excessive pet hair. Any such extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking to avoid surprises.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the scheduled booking are non-refundable, and the deposit will not be returned.

Rescheduling: In cases of adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Dylan Ryan Cars may need to reschedule your appointment. We will provide as much notice as possible and offer the earliest available rebooking date to accommodate your schedule.

Payment Terms

Pricing: A quote will be agreed upon at the time of booking based on the vehicle’s condition. Should additional chargeable work be required to achieve the desired outcome,

Dylan Ryan Cars will attempt to contact you for approval. If we are unable to reach you, no extra work will be carried out, which may affect the final quality of the service.

Dylan Ryan Cars reserves the right to amend the price if necessary, with notification provided to the client before the service is completed. Payment in full is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Upon 

Completion: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, or cash. Immediate payment is appreciated to ensure smooth service.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date, without prior agreement, may incur a late fee of €30. If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days, the late fee may increase to €60. Dylan Ryan Cars reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency for any unpaid invoices.

Promotional Terms

Discounted Offers: If a discount is applied to a service, all standard payment terms still apply. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the full price being charged.

Maintenance Packages: For services booked under maintenance packages, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Appointments must be completed within 4–6 weeks of booking unless otherwise agreed with Dylan Ryan Cars.

Prepaid Packages: Each service included in a prepaid package must be scheduled within 4–6 weeks of the previous service. Failure to adhere to this schedule may result in additional charges or the voiding of the service.

Gift Vouchers

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They represent a cash value, and any additional charges must be paid if the selected service exceeds the voucher’s value.

Key Handling

Key Hold Service: Keys left with Dylan Ryan Cars are securely logged and stored, and are accessible only at the client’s request.

Social Media

Photographs: We may photograph our work for social media and marketing purposes. Care will be taken to cover license plates and avoid revealing locations. If you do not wish for images of your vehicle to be shared, please notify us in advance.
